Will is the Founder/Director of Animo. Will has been involved with work in Guatemala since 2013. He and Amber moved their family back to Guatemala full time in 2021 and started Animo together in 2022. Will has been involved in various ministry roles throughout his career since graduating from Asbury College in 2003 with a degree in Christian Ministries.

Amber is the Co-Founder/Director of Animo. She is known for her heart of compassion. She leads many areas of the ministry of Animo and also home schools her 5 children full time. She has also been involved in various ministry roles through out her career and taught elementary music for many years before becoming a teacher for her own children. She graduated from Asbury college with a degree in Music Education in 2003.

Victor is the Director of the Animo House. He does not receive a salary. He volunteers his time and supports himself by selling handmade bracelets and earrings. Victor is the heart and soul of Animo. His story started this ministry. Once a blind and lame beggar on the streets of Panajachel, Guatemala, Victor now leads the work of Ánimo.
